Job Description
- Primary responsibilities: Strategic and planning: 1. Monitoring & managing the function related activities which includes software engineering activities. 2. Should take ownership of task and activities and proactively initiate task related activities to successful closure. Functional Core: 3. Responsible for creation, testing & releasing (version management & control) project Software (PLC, HMI, SCADA, IIOT Interface and IIOT Tag list) Created from P&ID/ Flow chart, FS for releasing process for customer software V1.00 or higher (PLC & SCADA) 4. Accountable for creating content for technical inputs to Documentation team for the machine documentation including operation manuals. Internal process : 5. Supporting Automation & Controls Head in verification of process inputs for the Automation department in order to, Approved Project URS Deviation list. Customer approved Sales Order scope with sales texts (currently CRM) Customer approved P&ID / flow chart Project timelines from PPC Change Request form Project Management Service department; customer& Field feed back and CAPA Master Templates / documents (EPLAN, PLC software, SCADA software, MIDR, P& ID or flow chart etc.) 6. Support Design & Integration lead to execute software integration test results (ITR) with simulation software before factory acceptance test (FAT) 7. Provide information related to software functions to Design & Integration Lead for supporting service department during installation & commissioning and start up 8. Supporting Lead Panel & Fabrication & Machine integration for execution of machine functions tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, machine settings and function) in order to release ITR test protocols and hand over to QA for Product testing 9. Support Lead Hardware engineering for retrofit and spare part business for hardware and software in order to Provide support to Aftermarkets service Deliver and release Software updates People development 10. Global Standards IS, IEC ; CE, UL. Education: BE (Electronics) or BE (Mechatronics) with experience in the field of Electronic and Automation Should have sound knowledge of multiple PLC, HMI, Scada, VFDs Servo Systems Sensors/Cameras/Robots Mitsubishi Zenon Experience: 12-14 Years,
