Job Description
- Designation: Analyst Data Engineering & Operations Location: Navi Mumbai (Turbhe) Business Unit: Cognitive Data Operations (CDO) Key Responsibility Design and develop data ingestion pipelines and data processing frameworks covering ETL/ELT processes at enterprise scale. Lead data quality and data profiling initiatives to ensure data quality improvements across all data assets. Optimize and scale existing data processes using cloud technologies, and data processing frameworks. Demonstrate functional expertise on B2B data related to company detailed financials, firmographics, compliances and other unstructured data Lead data acquisition processes, vendor management and ensure timely data ingestion Key Requirements Associate should have experience and expertise on data engineering processes including data architectures, data management and data quality Technology + Operations experience of 7+ years will be prefered Technical skills should include SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark, Spreadsheets and Business Intelligence Tools like Power BI. Should have experience working on Cloud Platforms AWS and GCP along with experience in Databrick. Should have the ability to lead of team of data analysts, data engineers and data quality professionals Preferred to have B.E/ B. TECH/ Post Graduation/ Masters in a technical field. Highly customer-focused and result-oriented Strong Influencing and collaboration skills to leverage relationships across stakeholders to successfully drive results Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.
