Channel Name : - Shamrao vithal bank Department - Sales In hand Salary 18K to 20K ( Off- Roll) Location : Mumbai ( Near by location will be given to the candidates No of Emp Required - 7
Position title :Sales Associate Off Roles Function :Banc-assurance Channel Agency COB Grade :Off Role Reporting to (Position) : (Matrix reporting if applicable) Relationship Manager Agency COB Objectives : Responsible for Managing Business for COB Branches assigned to him Average 12 15 Branches of the Bank . Responsibility / KPIs: 1. Training & development of Bank officials to facilitate & drive business within the region. 2. Monitoring & motivating the bank team, to attain business targets. 3. Time bound commitment & accomplishment of business targets, as assigned by the manager. Skills & Experience required:1. Should have hands on experience in servicing of banks. 2. Should have strong knowledge & business relations in the region 3. Should be a go getter & Self Motivator 4. Should have strong Marketing & Negotiation skills 5. Should have above average communication Skills 6.
