Job Description: Primary Oracle ,Data Integration, Database tools/technologies, Data architecture Secondary Documentation processes & standards, Performance Improvement Data architect/lead with 8+ Year of experience having proficient knowledge on database tool/technologies, Strong knowledge in Database, Oracle concepts Strong experience documenting data architectural designs, processes & standards Strong experience in data integration processes, ensuring seamless data flow across the systems Experience in integrating technical processes and business outcomes specifically: data and process analysis, data quality metrics/monitoring, data architecture, developing policies/standards &supporting processes Experience in leading project involving collaboration with different stakeholders/team Identify Performance issues and suggest Solution for Performance Improvement. Must propose short term and long-term strategic/technical solutions Assess and analyze the existing applications with upstream and Downstream interfaces identifying areas for improvement and modernization Lead the redesign and architectural overhaul of the application to enhance scalability performance and maintainability Evaluate and recommend technologies and frameworks to optimize system architecture Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Location: Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi,
