Title: Sr. BDM - Enterprise Sales, to be based in Gurgaon Responsible for creating the sales plan selling IOT/Cyber Security/ Blockchain/AI/IT products & Services to Enterprise Sector and Corporates, including PSU and forming and executing the sales strategy. Responsible for carrying and closing a sales target Prepare an Account Management Strategy in a particular territory independently and with OEMs Relationship Management with customers, OEMs and Partners Stay on the pulse of competition Lead and coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure end to end customer satisfaction Responsible for the sales team daily management, help establish, supplement, develop and cultivate the sales team, stimulate the team strength and improve work efficiency. Strategically manage large accounts and make sure renewals take place Convert, upsell and cross-sell customers to other company products and services A team player with a positive and can-do attitude who is willing to play the long game and grow with the company.
