Purpose of the Job:
Contribute to the growth of MORTGAGE & TW business by the quality of sourcing reflected in delinquency and run-offs.
Key Performance Indicators
Business and Financial Management-
- Achieve and maintain business productivity in MORTGAGE & TW products
- Delivery in Volume
- Insurance Achievement
- Delinquency
Customer Focus- Attending customer queries & resolution in TAT
People / Team-
- To manage allotted IROs
- Coordinating with IROs in facilitating disbursement and collections
Process / Quality Improvement-
- Adherence to process disbursement, collections etc.
- Demonstrated potential to take initiative in building a growing customer base and team
The most important tasks performed on an individual basis without involving subordinates are
New customer acquisition through assigned team for MORTGAGE & TW products
- To resolve existing customers queries
- Collection follow-up in C-X, bucket & recoveries cases in MORTGAGE & TW products
- Coordinate with TW dealer & build up rapport to generate leads
- Resolve dealers queries
- Follow up PDD updation
- To focus high profile customer cases
- To focus in increasing ATS
- Recruit and train the new joinees
- Provide support to his new joinees to achieve their target
- To focus on increasing NACH Conversion
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through high service quality
Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge:
Sales experience in Personal Loan, Business Loans, and TW in rural areas
No. of years of relevant experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in financial services in a supervisory role, preferably microfinance
Any specific specialization/education:
