Job Description
- The Senior GRC Security Consultant will report to the Practice Lead Risk and Cyber Threat Intelligence as part of Operations. The primary function is to collaborate with the global leadership (Presales/ Consulting/Solutioning/Delivery) team in terms of providing security solutions based on customer requirements and industry knowledge. Responsibilities The Senior GRC Security Consultant will carry out the following activities: Timely support and execution of security solutions in accordance with recognised Security Standards and customer requirements; Knowledge on Cyber Security Design and Solutions, perform due diligence, evaluate appropriate solutions feedback based on client requirements, performing risk assessment of solutions and provide recommendations; Establish standard security solution design templates for customers; Develop and maintain technical documentation; Establish and share best practices for New Customer Onboarding, Training and Implementation with continuous improvement as an imperative; Monitor and measure system resources, and if needed, resolve Issues related to security incidents, changes and problem tickets; Troubleshoot and advise security related service issues as they occur and follow up with after action reviews; and Execute Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Access Management processes based on ITIL and our IT-service management tool.
