Job Description: Desktop Support Engineer Trainee Company: Spacewood Office Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Work Location: Butibori, Nagpur Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 6 Months-2 years Roles and Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system updates. Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and maintain service logs. Diagnose and resolve OS, application, and connectivity issues. Assist in setting up new workstations and upgrading existing systems. Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and security updates. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements. Support IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN setups. Train employees on IT best practices and cybersecurity guidelines. Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL will be an added advantage. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking concepts. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Familiarity with trouble shooting skills. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
