Job description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Control and Automation Engineer - the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across various industrial and building automation applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming especially in DELTA , SCADA systems, industrial robotics, control panel design, panel building, component selection, and building automation systems (BAS). This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to drive automation initiatives efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and execution of automation and control systems for industrial and building automation applications. Develop and program PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS solutions for automation projects. Oversee the integration of robotic systems, vision systems, control panels, and BAS. Select and design electrical, electronic, and mechanical components for automation systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Design and supervise panel building, including wiring, layout, and compliance with electrical standards. Implement and manage Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, energy management, and smart building solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to optimize automation processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation, control, and building management systems (BMS). Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Conduct risk assessments and preventive maintenance for automation systems. Provide training and technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
