Engineer - Testing & Assembly Operations @ Kpr sugar apperals

Job Description

Develop Testing Procedures: Create and implement methods and procedures to test and inspect the quality of IoT products Develop automated test programs and fabricate test fixtures Execute Tests: Perform functional and system tests on IoT devices and systems to ensure they meet specifications Conduct performance monitoring and process improvement through data collection techniques Analyze Test Data: Compile, assess, and analyze production test data to identify trends and areas for improvement Suggest corrective actions for any identified deficiencies in procedures or products. Support Manufacturing/ Assembly Operations: Provide technical support to manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production processes Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the testing phase. Ensure Security and Compliance: Implement secure communication protocols and encryption methods to protect IoT data. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project plans. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or other relevant languages (Basic to intermediate skills are ok) Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze test data and suggest improvements. Familiarity with IOT protocol, including wired (Modbus RS485) and wireless (OpenThread, WiFi) protocols, UART and log capturing.
