NO SALES or UP SELLING Only Customer Services

Interview Date : Mega Walk-in 29th March (9:30 AM to 5 PM)

Location : Square Business Services, 6th Floor, 3rd Block,

White House Building, Begumpet Hyderabad.

 

Job Description:-

•  Manage all customer interactions as rostered within parameters
•  Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customer
•  Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
•  Offer a solution-based approach for all customer interactions
•  Educate the customer at every given possible opportunity
•  Ensure updating of product, system, process and policy knowledge
•  Adhere to rostered timing, scheduled shifts and activities
•  Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
•  Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines

 

Eligibility:-

• Should be able to converse in English & Hindi
• Should have minimum +2 or Intermediate
• Should know how to handle a system and navigate through different Applications

Compensation for freshers:

Salary Takehome-12500/- + Incentive upto 4000/-
