As we expand our talented team, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef Commis II (Female) to join our dynamic bakery. Key Responsibilities : Assist the Pastry Chef and senior team members in preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. Ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards for consistent quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations. Support in the creation and decoration of cakes, tarts, and specialty desserts. Manage the storage of ingredients and ensure proper labeling and stock rotation. Participate in team briefings and contribute ideas for menu innovation and improvements. Follow all operational policies and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow. Qualifications and Requirements : Proven experience in a pastry or bakery environment (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Certification or diploma in culinary arts or pastry-making is an advantage. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team. Basic knowledge of baking techniques, tools, and ingredients. Strong attention to detail with a creative flair for dessert presentation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and commitment to quality.
