Role Purpose The role is responsible to coordinate & supervise in planning and allocating the resources both staff as well as equipment, to satisfy the operational demands, determined by the current operation flights schedules of the customer portfolio of the station. Furthermore, this role is responsible to ensure the compliance as per global best practices stipulated by client airlines, DGCA, legal and local regulatory auhorities. What you will be doing Follow the schedules changes and for an effective & efficient planning of staff and equipment resources to comply with client airline SLA's. Constantly monitor and propose respective operations departments about the effective shift patterns to match business requirements; optimize performance & resource activities and ensure successful integrations of IT systems. Handle the allocation in pre-planning, shift planning, rostering, real time, and masterplan of season flights; ensuring resources requirements are determined in an efficient and economical manner, to limit idle time and stay within the budgetary constraints. Liaise with various stakeholders to determine and implement effective engagement standards. Determine and advice adequately trained staff are scheduled and provision of required resources as per client airlines SLA's, local labor laws and MENZIES QHSE standards. Analyze the forecast of the time and attendance (T&A) system with regards to the operations, and planning, compiling, and producing printed daily rosters for distribution to the various operational departments. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in science, or in management Minimum 2 years of experience in ground handling services (ramp, passenger service & cargo operations) Knowledge, understanding & experience of business planning, cost cutting, customer & employee satisfaction and Planning System or Real Time System (i.e. Inform System) Good negotiation and strong customer services skills Ability to work under pressure and cope with conflicting priorities and effective communications skills, problem solving and timely decision making Ability to develop a good working relationship with employees, (operational) management, customers as well other airport stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and local language as indicated.
