- We are hiring at Rainbow International Group of Companies Job Role (1) - Head Of Accounts (with the experience of 8+ years) Job Role (2)- Senior Accountant (with the experience of 5+ years) Workings days - Monday to Saturday Timings - 9 am - 6 pm As Accounts Head , you'll oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and sound financial management to support the institution's goals. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and presentations. Manage cash flow and ensure the institution's financial stability. Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets. Coordinate with external auditors for audits and ensure timely completion. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training. Motivate and build a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information to various stakeholders, including management, faculty, and staff. Provide financial advice and support to decision-making processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment. Specific to Education Sector: Manage student fees, scholarships, and other related financial transactions. Prepare and maintain financial records for grants and endowments. Ensure compliance with specific regulations related to education funding. Technology and Systems: Evaluate and implement financial management software and systems. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the accounting systems. Stay updated on the latest accounting technologies and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in accounting management, preferably in the education sector. Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls. Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Soft Skills: Leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
