The role requires providing excellent service to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls related to hotel bookings, cancellations, and related customer concerns. Provide clear and accurate information to customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Maintain call documentation and meet performance standards. Eligibility: HSC or Graduate (Freshers welcome; HSC candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service). Good communication skills in English. Must be comfortable with night shifts and working in a voice process. Pick-up and drop-off facility provided. Must be available to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs.
