- Job Title: Senior Graphics Designer Responsibilities: Proficiency in Design Workflows: Expertise in graphic design workflows and related software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or similar tools is essential. Have Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in designing graphics for various platforms, including social media, marketing, and branding. Ready to Experiment: Open to trying new approaches and trends in graphic design to produce creative and impactful visuals. Work Well in a Team: Strong collaboration skills to work closely with marketing, content, and product teams for cohesive branding and campaign success. Set Aside Any Egos: A humble approach to learning, feedback, and sharing knowledge with peers is crucial. Love Designing: A passion for creating visually appealing designs and pushing creative boundaries. Communicate Well: Strong communication skills in both Malayalam and English to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively. Additional Responsibilities: Create Video Content: Design and produce engaging visual content, including motion graphics, animations, and short promotional videos. Brand Development: Ensure consistency in brand representation across all visual materials. Content Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions for visual storytelling and campaign strategies.
