Profile: Unit Manager / Agency Manager / Business Development Manager

CTC Offered : up to 4.5 LPA + Incentives + allowances

Location : Ludhiana, Ambala, Alwar, Muzaffarnagar, Raipur, Raigarh, Bilaspur, Ambikapur, Rajnandgaon, Mathura, Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Sagar, Chinddwara

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
• Recruitment of new agents, train them on Health insurance products, and provide regular support for business growth.
• Develop strategies to increase Health insurance penetration through effective agent engagement and relationship management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must have Experience into Insurance Agency Channel.
• Min. 12 to 18 months of Experience in Insurance Industry.
• Non Working Candidates are not eligible
• Age - 25 yrs. to 40 yrs.
• Graduation is mandatory
