Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Sales Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing export sales activities, coordinating procurement processes, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities 1. Export Sales Administration Process customer inquiries, quotations, and orders efficiently. Manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions. Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and shipment tracking. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client communications. Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring client satisfaction. 2. Procurement Coordination Handle supplier communications and manage purchase orders. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishments as needed. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and trade policies. Maintain supplier databases and negotiate pricing when required. 3. Digital Marketing Support Assist in creating and publishing content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns. Support the development of promotional materials to enhance brand visibility. Track marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements. 4. General Administrative Duties Maintain organized records for sales, procurement, and marketing activities. Prepare reports for management on sales trends, stock levels, and marketing performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Requirements Education: Any degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred). Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
