- Duncan Brothers (BD) Limited is looking for Deputy Manager, Production and Sales Job Description / Responsibility Job Summary: The Sales and Production Deputy Manager for the Mineral Water Project will be responsible for overseeing both the production and sales operations of Jar & bottled mineral water. This role will require close coordination with production teams to ensure high-quality output and efficient distribution to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, sales management, and a clear understanding of the mineral water industry. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Oversee the entire production process, from raw material procurement to final product packaging. Ensure that production targets are met, ensuring efficiency and quality standards. Manage inventory and storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control protocols. Collaborate with the production team to streamline production operations and reduce costs. Coordinate with suppliers along with the team to maintain a consistent supply of raw materials. Implement environmental and sustainability initiatives in production processes. Sales and Distribution: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue. Build relationships with retail clients, wholesalers, and distributors to promote the mineral water product.Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including B2B sales and direct-to-consumer channels.Create and manage sales forecasts, tracking performance against targets.Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers. Ensure timely delivery of products to clients and maintain customer satisfaction.Manage and lead a sales team, providing training and performance feedback.Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Educational Requirements Master of Science (MSc) in Service Marketing Skills Required: Pharmacy/ Micro Biology Experience Requirements 3 to 5 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mineral Water Job Location Dhaka Salary Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly),
