1.Graduates/Undergraduates are eligible. 2. Candidate must have excellent Verbal communication.
3. Should have basic technical understanding, maintaining cordial customer relationship.
4. Should be able to handle concerns & queries efficiently & provide customer satisfaction.

6.Designation: Customer service associate/ Snr. customer service representative
