About the Role: Staples & Co. is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary vision and product development. As Head Chef, you will be instrumental in creating and refining our existing product lines, as well as developing exciting new additions to our range of premium condiments. You will be responsible for day to day production as well as our product development process, from concept to final product, ensuring the highest standards of quality and taste. Responsibilities: Day to day production of all our products, ensuring healthy stocks are maintained Develop and refine recipes for new and existing condiment products, including infused butters and hot sauces. Lead the research and sourcing of high-quality, local ingredients. Ensuring consistency and quality control. Collaborate with the management team on product strategy and innovation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety regulations. Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources. Contribute to the overall brand identity and culinary direction of Staples & Co. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role, preferably in a specialty food or condiment setting. Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of flavor development. Passion for working with high-quality, local ingredients. Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for food. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
