Fixing Meeting Appointments for ED with prospects. Sending Introductory E-Mails, Coordination with Customers. Support to ED in case of arranging visiting cards, samples, catalogues. Respond to emails as much as fast/possible, AS PER BRIEFING by Executive Director. Vendor Registrations as per instructions. File up all correspondence in related file.
