Dialysis Technician Job in K.M.C Hospital @ Kpr sugar apperals

Job Description

F Take care of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. F Ensure general health and hygiene through superior infection control process and housekeeping. F Set up and operate hemodialysis machine to provide dialysis treatment for patients with kidney failure: Attach dialyzer and tubing to machine to assemble for use and mix dialysate, according to formula and prepare dialyzer with saline or heparinized solution for use. F Transport patient to dialysis for hemodialysis machine. F Take and record patient's pre dialysis weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiration rate. F Explain dialysis procedure and operation of hemodialysis machine to patient before treatment to reduce anxiety. F Clean the area of access, using antiseptic solution. F Connect hemodialysis machine to access in patient's forearm or catheter site to start blood circulation through dialyzer. F Inspect equipment settings, including pressures, conductivity, and temperature to ensure conformance to safety standard F Start blood flow pump at prescribed rate. F Inspect venous and arterial pressures as registered on equipment to ensure pressures are within established limits. F Calculate fluid removal or replacement to be achieved during dialysis procedure. F Monitor patient for adverse reaction and hemodialysis machine for malfunction.
