Job Profile: -


• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding financial services, transactions, and account management.
• Provide accurate information on finance-related queries, including billing, payments, and account statements.
• Assist clients in resolving account discrepancies, processing requests, and troubleshooting financial issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex financial concerns.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements.

 

Desired Candidate: -

Any graduate with 1-3 years in customer service, preferably in finance, banking, or outsourcing services.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
