• Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions by taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine medical procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring proper dosages and schedules
• Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and progress, accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
• Provide patient education and counseling on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
• Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Assist in managing and maintaining patient flow in the healthcare facility
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Monitor and respond to patient needs in a timely and compassionate manner, providing comfort and support
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, medical equipment, and healthcare regulations
