Job description: The selected aspirants will be helping internal employees with their queries related to HR benefits, leave, compensation etc.
Following are the grids for which they are hiring:
1. Level 1: two to three years of experience in the quality control or customer service international voice process. In-depth knowledge of customer service, customer satisfaction etc.
Salary upto: 34-36k in hand.
2. Level 2: 3.5 to 6 years of experience ( Atleast 2 years of exp in quality domain). This role will be quality checking of the response of level 1 auditors. Through there are no voice interaction with direct customers however, client call would be a part of KRA. And hence, excellent communication skills are required.
Candidate should have basic understanding of the following: Root cause analysis, Fish bone Diagram, Pareto chart etc.
Salary upto: 40k in hand.
Cabs: Both Side
Weeklyoff: Rotational
Working: 5 days
