Job Description

Were looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead end-to-end financial operations across the US and India. The role involves regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, US Tax), automation of finance processes, team management, and ensuring accurate reporting and audits as per local and international standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage all India & US finance operations and compliance
 Prepare dashboards for statutory filings (GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESI, US returns)
 Oversee revenue recognition (IFRS & Indian standards)
 Lead a team of 810 finance professionals
 Drive automation and improve internal controls
 Handle forex gain/loss and vendor payments
 Coordinate government tender submissions and audits
