Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare accounts (hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored healthcare management solutions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing accounts.
Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report insights to leadership.
Handle client escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
Stay updated with healthcare trends, policies, and competitive landscape.
