Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in New Delhi, with some work from home allowable, for a Customer Service (Voice - Hindi & English proficiency) position. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, resolving customer queries, and enhancing overall customer experience. Daily tasks will also include documenting interactions and incidents, providing product information, and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery.
