Job Description

Title: Technical Assistant-3 Engineering Date: Feb 12, 2025 Location: Mohali - Engineering Company: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd Responsible for HVAC System. To ensure Operation, Maintenance and any breakdown in Building Management System, Air Handling Unit, Ventilation Unit and Dust Extractor. To ensure the Operation, Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance of Filter Cleaning Station. To ensure Operation, Maintenance and any breakdown in Water Chillers, Brine Chillers, Cooling towers and Hot Water Generator. To ensure required % RH and Temperature is maintained in required areas. To enforce and maintain high degree of morale and discipline amongst the team. To ensure smooth functioning of HVAC System and Building Management System (BMS). To maintain & control the inventory for consumables/spares of HVAC System. Support to departments for establishment, implementation and maintenance of EnMS Preventive Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment / Utilities as per plan. Calibration and Setting of Mechanical Equipment and Other Instruments to Support Management of Energy Uses in relevant Segments. Inspection of Own and Contractors Mechanical Equipment / Utilities. Analysis of malfunctions which interrupt the day to day production activity. Maintenance of Mechanical / Utilities Records, their Analysis, Initiate Corrective Actions Calibration of Mechanical Equipment / Instruments / Utilities as per plan To Support Control of Energy Losses.,
