We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of our upcoming high-rise residential apartment project in Thanisandra, Bangalore. If you have a strong track record in managing apartment projects (10 floors and above), this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

• Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

• Manage approvals, documentation, and liaise with local authorities as required.

• Lead the project team on-site and ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation throughout the construction lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of project management experience in real estate (preferably with apartment projects of 10 floors or more).

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, project planning, and site execution.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Engineering degree (Civil preferred) is a plus.
