Job Description:
We are hiring fresh graduates for a Customer Service Executive role in a US-based voice process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling customer queries over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain quality service and meet performance targets.
• Adhere to company policies and shift schedules.

Requirements:

• Any graduate (freshers welcome).
• Excellent spoken English.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
