Job Description
- Create comprehensive project plans, detailing schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment needed for the project.
- Manage daily activities and operations on the construction site.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with building codes.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly.
- Track and manage project expenses to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and regular progress reports.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Perform routine inspections to confirm the construction work meets quality standards.
- Implement corrective measures to address and rectify deficiencies or non-compliance.
- Direct and inspire the construction team to achieve project objectives.
- Offer training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance.
