Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems including HVAC, plumbing, electricals, lifts, and escalators.
Manage maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Handle manpower effectively by allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
Implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance work.
