• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of IT recruitment experience.
  
• Skills:
  
• Proficiency in using Naukri , job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  
• Strong understanding of IT roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, etc.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to assess technical resumes and screen candidates effectively.
  
• Familiarity with technical interview processes and recruitment best practices.
