Job Description


Role: Account Manager
Department: Tele Sales
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
    • Make outbound calls to potential clients based on leads provided.
    • Explain the product or service details clearly and persuasively.
    • Identify client needs and pitch suitable solutions to them.

Follow-ups & Relationship Management:

    • Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent communication pipeline.
    • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Achieve Sales Targets:

    • Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Customer Service:

    • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business.

Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in tele calling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication in [specify languages as per the jobs region].
    • Good listening and persuasion skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Attributes:
    • Positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection.
