Understand requirements and define Test Scope
- Estimate the Testing Efforts
- Define Test Data, config and environment needs
- Review Test Cases
- Support Test Execution
- Perform Defect Root Cause Analysis
- Delegate tasks, track/ monitor and Report to Project Manager on daily basis on Testing progress
- Identify Dependencies and Risks for Testing
- Report and define mitigation on Risks and Dependencies
- Closely liaise with Test Manager and Project Manager
- Good understanding and experience of terminal testing lifecycle is desirable
- Hands on experience in testing with simulators is desirableTechnical / product related experience -
- POS Terminals testing experience
- Base 24 reated testing (or development or support) experience
- Experience using Transaction simulators like ASSET, FINSIM, etc.
- Experience testing IPG systems and wallets
- Omnipay product related experience (or exposure to the product) is a plus
- Merchant onboarding and settlement processes - awareness / exposure / experience desired
- Scheme compliance concepts - awareness / exposure / experience desired
- Terminal Certification processes - awareness / exposure / experience desired
- API testing
- DB / SQL concepts and basic working skills
Common Skills required -
- Understand existing solution and adopt testing methods to deliver the high quality
- To be able to work independently
- understand larger picture of the project
- Be part of SIT and support UAT
