Job Description

• Accomplished responsibility for all Mechanical related activities including identify system requirement, preparing technical specification, Evaluating Vendor commissioning & testing of the system.
• Developed Vendors and negotiated with them to supply the best qualitative products
• On most competitive prices.
• Daily Attended The Meeting in Company.
• To Ensure receipt Quality of Incoming Parts & Timely Lot Disposition.
• Supplier Quality PPM & Performance Monitoring (Supplier Monthly Performance)
• Supplier Process Audit & Quality Up-gradation.
• To raise Countermeasure for quality Problem & check the Effectiveness of action done by Supplier Conducting Monthly data related to supplier.
• Poke Yoke & kaizen implementation at in-house & supplier end.
• To make Inspection standards for incoming, in-process & final quality.
• Handling new product development activities in-house & supplier end.
• To Maintain the Quality documents as per requirement of IATF 16949:2016
• Implement and review QMS procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency to meet quality requirements.
• Preparation of PPAP documents for new development part.
• Daily defect analysis using WHY_WHY methodology.
• To keep 5 `s Maintained in concerned area.
• Responsible for preparation of countermeasure action against any customer complaint.
• Led & guided the team in conducting of product & process audits
