Job Opening: AR Caller Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in Mumbai

Position: AR Trainee / AR Associate
Location: Airoli, Mumbai
Shift Timings:

5.30 pm - 2.00 am
6.30 pm - 3.30 am
8.30 pm - 5.30 am
Salary: 10,000 to 17,000 per month
Eligibility:

Freshers (HSC/Graduates)
Experience: 6 months in BPO (Freshers can also apply)
Age: 18 to 40 years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekend Off: Saturday & Sunday
Home Drop Facility: Provided


Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable with insurance companies/patients.
Resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and underpayments.
Ensure timely submission of claims as per insurance guidelines.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve billing-related inquiries.
Update account information using various software applications.
Collaborate with internal teams (coding, billing) to resolve complex billing issues.
Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations and industry trends.
Meet client and management-set productivity and quality targets.
Attend training sessions and contribute to a positive work environment.

Desired Skills:
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
