Job Description
We are looking for a retired school principal or director to lead the development and implementation of a Student Astrology Program in collaboration with schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and introduce a Student Astrology Program tailored for schools, focusing on personality assessment and career guidance.
- Collaborate with school management, teachers, and parents to integrate astrology insights into student development initiatives.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions for educators on incorporating astrology-based guidance into counseling.
- Work with astrologers and education experts to design accurate, ethical, and research-based astrology modules.
- Establish partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and career counseling centers to promote the program.
- Ensure the program aligns with educational ethics and scientific reasoning, maintaining a balanced approach.
- Monitor and assessthe program's impact, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Retired school principal, director, or senior educator with a strong network in the education sector.
- Passion for student development, career counseling, and holistic education approaches.
- Open-mindedness towards integrating traditional and modern guidance techniques.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
