Experience Required: 4 to 14 years in Sales (Agency Channel preferred)
As a Sr. Agency Manager, your primary role is to lead and drive insurance sales through Business Associates (BAs) and their field agents.
Recruit, train, and develop Business Associates and agents on a commission basis
Supervise and ensure execution of agent activity plans
Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) and update the Sales Management System
Promote Career Progression Programs for agents
Drive usage of CRM tools and Agent Portals to manage customer base and boost cross-selling
Work towards monthly and yearly sales targets
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales (Life Insurance or related industry preferred)
Graduate in any stream
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for results
High confidence, maturity, and a proven ability to manage teams
Should be well-connected in the local area with a strong grasp of the local market
Stable career background with measurable success in previous roles
