White Horse Manpower is hiring ETL Testers (Manual & Automation) for multiple roles with Fortune 500 clients. If you have strong SQL skills, understand ETL workflows, and have experience with Python automation, we invite you to walk in and explore exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end ETL testing validating data extraction, transformation, and loading

• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation

• Build and maintain automation scripts using Python for ETL and DB validations

• Conduct data mapping, data integrity, and regression testing

• Work closely with Data Engineers, BAs, and Developers to resolve issues

• Document test plans, test cases, and test results clearly

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ETL testing concepts

• Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations)

• Experience in manual testing of data pipelines and data flows

• Hands-on experience with Python-based automation frameworks

• Familiarity with tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or any ETL tool

• Basic understanding of Data Warehousing and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent

• 36 years of experience in ETL and DB testing

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

• Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins) is a plus
