Hiring for International Voice Process
5 days working, 2 days rotational week off
Salary - 30k CTC, 25k in hand

(Location - Gurgaon Udyog Vihar, Phase 3)
Job Summary : Facilitate communication between individuals with hearing impairment and phone call participants by providing real-time captioning service.
Responsibilities :
- Provide clear and accurate communication between parties
- Manage call flow, ensuring seamless connections and minimal disruptions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Undergraduate/ Graduate both can apply
- Freshers can apply
- Ready to work in the rotational shifts( Night shifts)
