Key Responsibilities:

Junior / Senior Recruiters:

• End-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and contract roles

• Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with candidates

• Sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media

• Coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring TAT

• Managing candidate pipelines and offer roll-outs

Team Leaders:

• Manage a team of recruiters and allocate daily/weekly targets

• Conduct performance reviews and mentoring sessions

• Build client relationships and ensure delivery SLAs

• Participate in client calls and escalations

• Drive recruitment strategy and team KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Junior

  • Senior

  • Team Lead: 4+ Years with team handling experience

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably in HR, Commerce, or IT)

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, technical screening, and closing positions

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients and job requirements
