Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are Looking for an Immediate Joiner and Willing to attend Walk-in Interview
Identify and source candidates for various Non-IT roles, including finance, sales, marketing, HR, operations, etc
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening resumes to conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Post job ads on various job portals, social media, and professional networks, and use networking platforms to connect with potential candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases, track candidate status, and manage communication throughout the hiring process
Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry trends
Preferred candidate profile
Experience into Non IT Recruitment (0.6 Months to 2 Years)
Immediate Joiner
Willing to attend Walk-in Interview
Docs: PF Account or Form 16 , Joining & relieving docs and Payslips are mandate
