Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Database Design & Management: Deploy and manage relational and NoSQL databases across AWS, Azure, and OCI.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune database performance, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
• Security & Compliance: Implement access controls, data encryption, and security best practices in alignment with regulatory standards.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Establish automated backup strategies, high availability architectures, and failover mechanisms.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate and resolve database-related issues, collaborating with operations and development teams.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Terraform for database provisioning and maintenance.
