Job Description
Role & responsibilities
The position has the overall responsibility for the Services Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC functions for the commercial project of the Company.
- Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems for the projects.
- Provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems.
- Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to work execution.
- Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc
- Will be responsible for complete execution of Electrical and HVAC systems Ducting / Insulation.
- Vendor Management.
- Responsible for plumbing utilities function.
- Liaison with government bodies & other agencies to obtain all technical sanctions and approvals for smooth execution of projects.
- Capital Budgeting and monitoring budgetary parameters.
Preferred candidate profile
- Expertise in design, execution, installation and maintenance of electrical, electronic and HVAC systems.
- Excellent administration & execution skills.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- Should posses knowledge of MS Projects, BMS, Project Costing and Contract Administration.
