Job Description: Assistant Manager

Location: Dependent on company requirement
Department: FMCG
Reporting To: Manager/Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

   • Assist in developing and implementing departmental strategies aligned with company goals.
   • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to recommend improvements.

2. Team Management

   • Lead and mentor a team to achieve targets and improve efficiency.
   • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

3. Operations & Process Management

   • Oversee day-to-day operations to meet organizational standards.
   • Monitor KPIs and create performance reports.

4. Budgeting and Resource Allocation

   • Assist in budgeting processes and ensure resource optimization.
   • Track expenses and maintain financial discipline in departmental activities.

5. Compliance and Reporting

   • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
   • Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement

Salary: 22k to 45k

Your shift will be 10 AM - 6 PM Working Hours: 8 hours
