Hiring For Hr Recruitment Partner (Work from Home) Dear Job seekers,   We are hiring "Hr Recruitment Partner (Work from home)".   Job Location-: Work from Home Qualification-: MBA HR/Graduation Experience-:  ANY (Fresher Can Apply)   Note: The Candidate must have his own Laptop & Proper network connectivity   Job Profile-:
• Understanding the Job Description provided by the client 
• Job Posting in various Portals 
• Sourcing of candidates through in-house database, using portals, referrals.
• Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.
• Communicating with candidates - Negotiating on salary/notice period.
• Scheduling & coordinating interviews. Consistently following up with candidates.
• Coordinate with the candidates up to the final joining of candidate at client place.
• Update candidate database, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database.
