Job Description

* Handle the entire 300 seats for Outbound call center.
* Maintain & improve call center Operations by monitoring system performance.
* Prepare call center performance by collecting, analyzing & Summarizing data.

Required Candidate profile

*Minimum 15-20 years of experience from call center operation.
* Exp. in Domestic Outbound sales
* Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Outbound call center sales Process. (Mandate)
* Agents Handled 600+.
* Age should be in between 35-48 years
